Will globant revise offer letter ? After receiving offer from from globant I got one more offer, but u want to join globant only. Is there any possibility of revising offer letter if I talk with HR.

I had first round With Kyndryl to understand my role and work and they mentioned they will arrange for second round in week or so.
It has been 25 days , HR keeps calling once in 10 days that yes we are arranging for second round bla bla bla as panel is not available.

Looking for advice. A company came back with a counteroffer that I am still not happy with. Can I try to negotiate a second time or is that too much back and forth? What would you say?

Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers? I have a counter offer from my current company and on-site interviews scheduled for end of July with google and Amazon, but I’d prefer to go with the smaller local company if I can negotiate the salary (from offer letter) up another 5% or so.

Is the EY 16 week maternity pay 100% of the salary ? I was reading the FAQs and could not find anything that said 100 % of pag provided in the 16 weeks of eligible time off.

For all new home buyers, at what stage in the construction process are you experiencing delays?
