I received an offer (28 Lakhs + 3.9 Lakhs incentive) from Novartis for Sr Project Manager yesterday. This was just 13.6% more than my current earnings as Project Manager. I've given the reasons why I deserve at least 30% to HR. In response to that, HR has sent 2nd offer i.e. 29 Lakhs + 4 Lakhs incentive + 50k sign-on bonus. The 2nd offer is just 18.2% higher than my current earnings. Need your suggestion, if I could still negotiate with HR to finalize deal by asking for 25% hike?

Weekend thought as many of us watch our portfolios bleed away value as the market hit all time highs: stick with it. Thoughts on CSIQ? It is sitting near all time highs but has not jumped like crazy from pre-pandemic. It’s at a 25% premium. It has solid fundamentals. It may be a solid option after it hits the 50 day SMA.

What happens if you sell a covered call far ITM for a large premium? Is the only loss your shares and opportunity cost once the option is exercised by the call holder?

What funds do people have in their 401k plans? And how did y’all decide allocation? Can’t tell if I should be more aggressive given I’m in my 20s.

Question on option price in relation to theta, does the theta component recalculate each day, or it changes even every minute? Say if u buy and sell within a day, expect to lose some theta value?
