Thoughts on exiting to a senior data analyst role with Uber? 3.5 yoe and by now I know consulting isn’t right for me

My career manager wants me to improve my work goals (required by Booz Allen). Anyone have some vague, but beneficial work goals for a sr consultant w/1yr? So far, I only have training and networking.

Looking to switch into smaller consulting in Chicago. Currently working in SAP, but looking to get more into strategy. Which consulting firms should I look at? Hopefully better benefits, bonus, pay, etc.

I got this invite shortly after. The place I’m interviewing at the job wouldn’t start til next year. I dont want to seem like a job hopper. Do i tell them I’m at a new role or just not bring it up? The acquisition was public so they can see Im no longer employed with the most recent work history on my resume

I interviewed with Amazon for SDE 1 role on 31 November 2021. Out of 4 rounds held on the same day, 2 went really good and other two were just alright. What is revenge Job Hopping?

It is a phenomenon observed when a candidate frequently jumps job in order to have a market correction to his salary.
Say person A got settled in his job for 5 years and his current salary is 7lpa..He joined at 4 lpa.
Now for his experience, he can be paid upto 30 lpa for the role.
So after switching for 13 lpa.. He keeps job hopping from 13-19 and 19-28 within a year where he finally feels he is paid adequately.

Does anyone feel like it’s difficult to gain acceptance and find allies when you’re a POC? I have attended happy hours, social events, and lunches, but I am not getting the same amount of traction as the other new lawyers who are white.
