Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Interviewed at Deloitte, PwC and EY for Advisory Senior Consultant role. Deloitte offered $105K (plus $5K bonus), PWC offered $127K (plus $15K bonus) and EY offered $155K (plus $10K bonus). Surprised with the difference in pay between Deloitte & EY for same role. Is Deloitte Advisory paying less compared to other firms? 4.5YOE in Consulting.

Many federal government projects expect or require it for certain roles. It’s definitely elevated my career as have my scrum master, agile related certifications.
Pro
Project management in Tech isn’t going to benefit from PMP really. Better to focus on Agile certs - ACP, CSM, SAFe
Meh, it was very high level only scratching the surface but helped me who had no prior agile knowledge. So I took CSM to complement PMP. Do you think ACP will help or is it similar to CSM?
Go to PMI.org. It has pretty clear requirements. You need to submit documents that provide these requirements before they let you take it
Not too much value in day to day but definitely made my resume more attractive in the job market (federal). If the company’s paying, go for it.
PM as in product or project? think that would differentiate the need for the cert
Project
Following, any additional thoughts on scrum master certs?
Not OP, but also work in the Strategy/Tech space, recently got the scrum master certification. I would say it's worth it, lots of companies use scrum, and it's a quick 2-day course that isn't that expensive and the exam is easy. I say go for it
Pro
Clients like to see PMP certs but you need 4,500 to qualify to sit for the exam.
Pro
OP you can get audited and then they do a deep dive into your actual experience as a PM. Most people take the PMP at the SC or M level (I did mine as an SC).
Heavy in government. You say you’re project mgr now but you want to be PM in tech? If I’m reading that right as product - best way is to get product experience. It’s not super common but there are definitely consulting roles in product. I’d pass on pmp unless you are specifically targeting govt. go get a tech cert like aws, snowflake, azure, etc. or better yet build a CS portfolio.
