(With a no a a response) I want to put in my two weeks notice to see if they would consider giving me a pay increase.. but I don’t have a back up plan right now to do so. Any suggestions. It hard for them to find employees and the turn over rate is to the rooftop! I would be hard to replace at a short notice now that they are hiring like four new physicians and providers

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.

As part of TCS onboarding, the BGV check third party company has sent message today to verify address through a link. In the address proof, they have given just 3 drop downs. 1)Aadhar card 2)DL 3) Ration card. The supporting document for my present address proof, I just have rental agreement which is not in this list. What to do? Aadhar has my permanent address. DL has my other city address which I had made while I was in that city. No ration card existing. Can I just upload Aadhar card again?
