Soooo predictable and everywhere...
Sorry I don’t have recs but personally would go for a black Saint-Laurent or Bottega
I think it’s a tad showy, have you considered the new Empreinte version?
I have the Neverfull in monogram as my airport bag, I throw it on the ground and stuff it to the brim (LV monogram is incredibly durable). I have another Neverfull in black epi leather as my work bag. It’s less flashy and still incredibly durable (for reference, my dad has had his epi leather briefcase for 20+ years and it’s still flawless). Go for the Neverfull in epi- it’s more toned down but those who know will know it’s LV, and its quality is great.
I don’t think it’s too showy. From what I’ve seen in my PwC office (3,000+ employees), plenty of woman managers and above seem to have one. I joked with someone that it must be a rite of passage at promotion.
The MM seems comparable to most medium sized totes. The GM is the only one that seems that it could be “too much” because it’s huge compared to most people’s frames unless you’re relatively tall.
I know people find LV to be tacky, but it’s not as trendy as other brands and will hold up its value and stay a classic.
I love my Neverfull MM and don’t care if other people find LV tacky and basic. The quality has held up so nicely after lots of wear, it holds a ton, and goes with a lot of outfits. I think the MM would hold a work laptop along with other items easily. I’d recommend going into an LV store if you can and trying on the different sizes to see how it looks/feels on you.
I don’t use my Neverfull for work mostly because it doesn’t have a zipper at the top - I don’t like how things can easily fall out. I personally use a work bag by Dagne Dover - it’s a lot more basic and not luxury though, but holds everything while being classic!

I love my neverfull, but will not wear it to work. Not that I’m afraid anyone is gonna say or think anything, just not my vibe. I just wear Tory Burch to work, they have similar styles
For me Neverfull gives up more of a Connecticut housewife vibe, as if you have diapers and yoga pants next to your laptop inside. Not that something is wrong with that.
Saint Laurent East West or Sac de Jour, Burberry tote, Senreve Maestra, Celine Luggage tote. I also love the look of the LV on the go tote in empreinte and love the Neverfull in empreinte too!
I wouldn't. It's a 'poor woman's' LV bag, and the ones sold in the US are not even made in France. Nothing wrong with being poor or wanting an LV bag, but you do work at Deloitte...
Instead, go to brands' web sites to see what's out there beyond department store / fashion sites' selections. Also, look at men's bags.
Prada is a good mid-range brand for office bags.
BR1 ah gotcha, I don’t disagree on that but do think the “poor” bit was uncalled for!
Just a little tacky to be bringing such obvious logos into work. Consider a more reasonably priced, sustainable alternative and invest in a piece to wear on the weekends!
I prefer Goyard St Louis, but would also rec Neverfull in Epi leather
Neverfull in empreinte is gorgeous! But I’d say go for it in DE!
