Thoughts on NFTS - STR at Deloitte? WLB? Growth potential? Salary for manager or senior manager?

I have 1.8 yrs Exp and working in the Big data domain and have a few offers please help to decide on the comparatively better option based on salary, Work-life Balance, security, and Carrer Growth.

EY GDS: CTC 12 ( 11.20 Fixed )
Publicis Sapient: 16 CTC ( 14.5 LPA FIXED )
Neudesic (IBM) 16 CTC ( 14.5 FIXED + WFH Remote Complete )
PubMatic: 22.70 CTC + 2 lakhs Joining Bonus ( 16 fixed LPA + Other benifits, stocks, etc )

It will be very helpful if you can suggest with some reason.

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Or should i just try to find a job with a salary that covers a nanny salary and accept that i will never see my son on weekdays (which would be sad for both of us)? TIA!

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. I am expecting an offer from a firm doing business law work but think this might be an opportunity to go to my current employer and ask for a significant raise, with new offer in hand. Any thoughts or advice going into this?

Can anyone help me wrap my head around this post Series C start-up equity offer? It’s an IP director position, the the base is $170 with 10% bonus (both lower than I was expecting). There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2. They also indicate the preferred stock price is $6 and preferred stock equity is $188k (whatever that means). They are in the middle of a new financing and valuation round.

What kind of companies pay more than $200k base and what practice areas? Remote or Texas. I’m a new attorney between M&A and L&E, but I’m willing to switch practice areas for the best exit options in the future (4-5 yoe).

There is lots of companies really taking a hit in the tech space. Is this something that people are nervous about?
