Thoughts on social media influencers? I've noticed more brands turning to hiring these influencers and spending less and less on traditional or social media ads. Has anyone else noticed this?

Hi, Im interested to know the visa process for Australia on-site opportunity. I have been asked for CV before visa initiation. If anybody is aware of the process, could you please help me understanding the steps of visa process in TCS?
Will the visa be initiated by the management or by employee?
Also Project took management approvals for the on-site position when I joined the project, apart from this is there anything additional that’s required that can be time taking process before actual visa?

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule.
