This is to inform that I have been selected in Amdocs as software developer for pune, my current ctc is 13.4 with total 6 years of IT experience in my home city.

In HR call asked for 20 LPA, should have gone

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.

Also does Amdoc offer wfh?, as HR says till december only wfh is there, after that office will begin.

Rpa technology, I know the work is support work in LTI and position is senior developer and in product elecronics company its a very small firm in india however it's subsidiaries are all over the world. How do you measure success after implemening an RPA solution? I'm looking for questions or any measurements methods to see how it works as a part of change management program. Like if you save 2 hours everyday how do you use it now? I can't ask it directly as people hesitant to say robots are doing their jobs (it's part of back office transmission projects) TIA :)

Expecting 40LPA
I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?
