It is good. Weber’s last forever.
In the past I've made glazes on the stove that I have to go in and out of the house to handle, so I think I will get some mileage out of it. I'm stoked though, first time home buyer here!
Recommended. Just note that maintenance is important. Mine lives outside year-round in a climate that varies from 0 to 100 F, and I have gone through a couple of regulators. But they run $30-$50 so not too bad if you have to replace every few years.
Also see what kind of grates come with it. Mine came with enameled iron or something and they were trash, the coating rusted off in a matter of years. I replaced them with regular stainless steel grates, also the three v-shaped heat diffuser things, with inexpensive knock-offs from Amazon and they’re great.
If you really think you’ll use the side burner, go for it, but I had one and never used it so my current Weber does not have one and I’ve never missed it. Stovetop is way better for heat control and access to tools, serving dishes, etc. I much prefer having that space as extra countertop.

Love my Weber. Got a EP-330 five years ago, and the finish still looks like new and zero functional issues. Highly recommend.
Great grill but expensive for a 335 S you should be able to get the 335 SE for under $1,000 including set up and delivery. I just picked one up and have no complaints L’s
