Three weeks ago my wife and I found out that we are expecting a baby boy, and that unfortunately there’s signs of Gastroschesis or Omphalocele. I couldn’t sleep, work, or do anything for 3 weeks- I think I read everything I could about it and just accepted those are the cards we were dealt, and we will make them work. Today at the Maternal Fetal Medicine follow up we got the news that the baby is ok and they see no signs of Gastroschesis/Omphalocele. Best day of my life. Can’t even explain it.

Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.
