Throughout the interview process, I've engaged with a Jr recruiter, the hiring manager, several potential coworkers, and a Sr recruiter (but not HR). Most recent round of interviews was with potential coworkers. I sent them thank you notes and have been waiting to hear something for about 1.5 weeks. Should I be following up with the recruiter or the hiring manager to check on the status/next steps? I got a good feeling from the hiring manager (we met twice) but never got a timeline. TIA!

They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

Are there any fully remote lawfirms, ie you don't have to live in the state they have offices? I recently left a large lawfirm to go in-house which came with a huge paycut that is not going to be sustainable long term, but needed a remote position to be able to move. I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)
