The offer process varies as it in part depends on when the hiring decision makers meet next after your interview. Sometimes that’s the same day and sometimes that takes a bit.
After you accept, conflicts take a very long time. Fastest I’ve seen is 3 weeks and longest was 12 weeks.
I got an offer last year in just under two weeks from screener to offer letter

October through January. Holidays probably delayed it a bit.
3 weeks from application to rejection.
About a 1 week from application to offer after a marathon week of interviews. Still waiting on conflicts though!
One week for me from submission to screener, call back, offer. Submitted on a Friday and the offer was following Friday. Conflicts were 3 weeks for me but generally I think it’s longer. FWIW, NY office.

Yep conflicts take like over a month for everyone
