Tips for ramping up technicals as an associate for lateraling? My skills are fine for new analyst interviews but I have very limited live deal experience and so I don't think my corporate finance exposure has improved much here.

No other good way then to take on as much modeling assignment as you can and when you have free time keep practicing the models you’ve done previously.

Don’t neglect knowing everything about your deals/industry and the deal process more generally. Technicals are mainly check the box exercises for the most part

Hi! I am 4 years into Healthcare Marketing with most of my experience being in design, social media, and content creation. I also do a lot of blog writing and collateral creation. I am currently with a company that is working on a new role for me and I was previously at another company doing more recruitment-oriented marketing. I'd say that now I have quite a bit more I can offer. I am working remotely and love this job. What is a fair salary for the skills and experience that I have?
