TLDR; What subscriptions or sites are we reading for B2B news & learnings? Any other tips?

Background primarily B2C and now at a B2B agency. It’s been a hard mental shift to digest as B2B is most focused on the bottom line & $$

I used to love Adage, marketing brew, marketing dive etc for marketing news & trends, but I’m having a hard time finding anything comparable for B2B any recs? I’ve been focusing on looking at macro research from McKinsey and keeping up with business news headlines.

How long is too long to try to push back a start date? Getting a formal offer early next week but trying to keep that big law bonus if possible. Firm pays out bonuses Dec 30 & I have a vacation scheduled Dec 19-23 (and was planning on working remotely the week after too). Ideally want to get EOY bonus or negotiate for a signing bonus but is it too much to push for signing bonus and those weeks off? I'm open to working remotely those two weeks but know that may not be the best when I start.

Do we have any generic certification policy at HCL for upskilling.

Not talking about project specific or where RM needs to approve, as this tech (cloud) is something I want to learn, not part of my day to day work.
