Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

It depends on the role for the process but I do my best to have some aspect of the interview be something that they would actually do in real life. I think it is important to have a streamlined an interview process as possible though in order to reduce interview fatigue.
What ATS do you use that only has Definitely, Yes and No? I’ve seen Definitely Yes or Definitely Not as additional options but that doesn’t give you a lot to work with. Anywho, what I usually tell my hiring managers or interviewers is that if it isn’t a Hell Yes, then it is a No. This sort of gets them thinking in their language.
When it comes to the tech side of the fence, it can be tough. Many like to iterate without telling you and then think the information will get back to you without a conversation. One of the best ways to approach them though is with data. Take a use case where people followed the rules and then another where they didn’t and show the difference (like # of interviews, time in funnel, drop off rates). Then it become irrefutable
