Have a final round of interviews as a remote candidate for a team that mainly lives in NYC. Hiring manager said during first interview that my location / remote status doesn’t matter and he has no concerns with hiring remotely for the role. How do I sell myself as a remote candidate to the other 4 team members I am meeting, knowing they all are located in the same city?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. Industry imposter here…How do you show progression on your resume when your internal levels changed, but the title doesn’t indicate a promotion to the rest of the workforce. (e.g. a senior product manger to a technology strategist)…It seems like a lateral move unless you were internal and knew it was a level 7 to level 8.
