Thoughts on Huge ATL?
Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

Dallas
Those are all not optimal for commuting to the south bay. You're not near the cal train station, and it's still like a 40 mile drive.
Inner Sunset ❤️
In all seriousness, SoMA maybe the best option for you. It’s close to 280 and relatively shorter commute to South Bay.
Crocker Amazon or Excelsior 😆
Lower Haight is closer to the freeways so will shave ~15 min off your commute. But isn’t super nice IMO.
Russian Hill is nicer than Lower Haight. And a good midway option out of these three.
Marina is the nicest but the furthest. Wouldn’t recommend.

Define best? As people have said all those areas are a 20 minute drive across town to Caltrain or the 101, except Haight which is closer to the freeway. Marina/Cow Hollow are “safer” than the other two and have places like chestnut/Union and Fillmore, plus Russian hill is just a walk across Van Ness. But this area is also one of the most expensive for that reason.
I absolutely loved living in south beach. Right on the water (beautiful views if your apt faces the water), easy access to fidi, Caltrain / 205 right around the corner, close to everything, $15 tickets to giants games right down the street. Would highly recommend.
