I have been applying to jobs either clearly marked remote or hybrid 90% of the time. I am really not inclined to be in the office 5 days a week for my physical and mental health. I applied to a job recently that I felt was a long shot, but just got an email back for an interview (yay!). Drawback: it’s full time on-site. Any advice on negotiating flexible work schedule?

How can a recruiting coordinator get a position as a technical recruiter, I know about different software and programming languages and have sourced for roles in the tech space but they all say I don’t have enough experience. What else should I tell them during the interviews so that they will hire me? I know people with little to no experience and was able to get the technical recruiter position.

Does it make sense to prepare hard by solving 40-60 cases, if interview is mostly based on subjective opinion of an interviewer? Like if he wants you to pass he will help , and if he didnt like you , he would make sure you fail somewhere by asking super tough questions

Isn’t best strategy is to solve up to 10 cases and go to interview with a mindset nothing to lose?

Interviewing at a vaccine solution IT company for a Pre-Billing RCM lead position. Most ppl in the company don’t come from a healthcare background & are looking for someone who is. During pre-screening the recruiter said salary would be around 45k, I feel this is low. Got a 4 year degree, 10+ yoe in healthcare, insurance, etc. What I don’t have is experience in analytics. I signed up for some classes on Coursera. I want to know what the salary looks like for an entry level position in FL?

I have skills most comm majors aren’t expected to learn such as printing, ideation, graphic design, typography, photography, advertising campaign management, Adobe suite knowledge, branding and more. I’m being paid $26.6/hr. Was told in my job search by another hospital that the rate I requested $30-35/hr is only for people with 10-18yrs experience? Legit or bogus?
