Imagine if I ask you "Have rape cases increased these days?" You will say yes because it is in discussion everywhere these days. But the truth is that these cases have been happening all the while. It gets media coverage only on specific days. So, if you had asked someone this question two months back, you would have received a different response than now. Although the actual numbers are still the same.

Stop watching unnecessary things which you can't do anything about and not in your control. Clear your mind junk.

Join a physical activity - this could be gym, walk in nature, yoga, pilates
Do something which makes you happy- art, writing, reading, dancing
Positive affirmations and manifestation works well
Eat healthy so you feel good at the end of the day

Hi, anyone ever try using a ovulation test as a positive result for pregnancy test? I had an LH surge couple of weeks back and for the past few days my breasts are tender and I am having some taste aversions like yesterday yoghurt tasted like mud. Since my cycle is irregular I took another ovulation test today morning and it came back positive. This is my first time going through this and I am confused as to what is going on. Can I take a pregnancy test middle of the day?

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. Anyone had similar experience?
