Bain & Company I have a second round with Bain & Company coming up at the DC office for Experienced Consultant role. Excited, but hella nervous. Recruiter said it’d be 3 separate interviews, all with Partners; 2 case, 1 fit. About 40 mins each. First round was 2 case interviews with Sr. manager & Associate Partner. Been a rough year, so definitely looking forward to this opportunity. I’ve been on the site and going through preparation and materials. Any advice or suggestions welcomed!
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Bain & Company I’m a PhD student looking to start in consulting and am looking to connect with other PhD/ADP consultants that went into consulting to learn more about the experience and how to prep for case interviews coming from a non-business background. Especially looking for advice on McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company

Well god damn
2 weeks to never
If you're talking about applying via a job site or the like, sometime between 2 weeks and never.
As a creative, your best bet is to reach out to agencies / in-house places directly. Connect with a CD or senior creative. Introduce yourself to the creative manager or recruiter.
And, if you're above junior, work with a headhunter.
You can apply on Linkedin or directly on their site, but none of that will work as often (or as quickly) as directly connecting.
Pro
100% this. Applying on the website almost never works vs talking directly to an in-house recruiter or cd.
I've heard back within 1-2 business days. This was last month and I'm already a couple weeks into my new job
Most of the time I never hear back
I’m job searching with a partner. We’ve been hearing back within a few days for some places. Within a week for others. Only 2 weeks into job searching. It just depends on the place I think.

Longest was 6 months. Shortest was 1 day.
Via recruiters: 1-2 days for initial steer
Direct engagement: up to a week
Via an application system: 2-3 weeks or never
