I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit).
