Traveling next week for a client after a long time. Booked a Delta Main Cabin ticket through concur. Now I am trying to upgrade to 1st using my points but the delta app shows all premium seats as unavailable. Usually it did let me change it in the past but not this time. Have Delta policies changed for ticket upgrades from Main Cabin to Comfort+ or 1st? I recall all DL Main tix were eligible for upgrade as a additional purchase option.
