Trying to book a Maldives vacation on points. Any recommendations of st. Regis vs the Ritz?

Just booked a week long vacation on points at a Marriott property. I have titanium elite status. Any tips for getting upgraded to a suite?

My parents are visiting us from India ( Buffalo ny). We want to do a trip with them to Florida in July for 4 days. Recommendations on cities to visit? They are pretty religious, lots of food restrictions and such, love nature. We will be booking an Airbnb. Im currently deliberating between west palm beach and Naples - we can do day trips to Miami and Everglades I was thinking.

Booked a villa for 50-60 guests for our destination wedding in Tuscany. The hotel required us to pre-pay for the rooms and won’t accept direct payments from guests. This means we need to find a way to “charge” each of our guests for the cost. Any recs? Thought of PayPal and Venmo but would prefer being able to create a website that feels more legit / seamless and allows for credit cards if needed. There are many different room types and we’d like to be able to feature them so guests can choose.

My company’s SOP template has a table of contents and a section at the top where the SOP owner is supposed to add a short statement containing the “Why” of the SOP, meaning a statement about what the SOP is supposed to solve for/ accomplish. A co-worker recently told me that it should also contain a checklist of the 4-5 main points of what the team member should know how to do after reading the SOP…. This seems really redundant to me.
