AmEx. Comes with a bunch of other stuff you can use.
The global entry/TSA credit is once every 4 years. The clear credit is annual. You can use both.
Reserve also gets lounge access if you fly a lot. Your companion ticket is good for other booking classes out side of main cabin (ie comfort or first, etc..). Reserve also puts you ahead of the statuses of the same level. So if you are platinum you go a head of the regular platinum or those with the platinum card.
Reserved is nice for the lounge access as that is 500+ per year if you can use it.
I have the Delta Reserve and I generally like it but I’m prob switching to the Platinum next year because I find the companion passes (one of the big benefits) to be nearly impossible to use and they expire after a year, so I usually lose the benefit every year (pandemic didn’t help obvs). The main Delta Reserve pros vs. AmEx Platinum are the MQD waivers and extra Delta miles which has been worth it for me but I think the Platinum has more versatile benefits.
Personally, I am more of a fan of Amex Plat, but it actually sounds like Delta Reserve might be the better option for you since you exclusively fly Delta. You’ll still get centurion lounge access with your Reserve card when you’re flying Delta or you can go to the Delta lounge.
I saw this amex plat list of perks, i like amex plat benefits and flexibility https://seattletravelpointsclub.com/amex-platinum

If you have status with Delta, then go with Plat. If not, prob go with Reserve so you can get free bags and upgrades.
It's true Plat is like a coupon book but at least it offers some useful opportunities to recoup AF while you're pretty much stuck with the entire AF with Reserve

I’d personally go Amex plat unless you plan on leveraging the delta reserve for the mqd waiver as a main benefit. Being locked in to sky miles isn’t the most advantageous situation especially since the plat can transfer 1:1 at any time
If you go with Amex, I’ve got a 125k points referral with your name on it
