Two different opportunities for a next/new job. Currently an associate director, project management at Razorfish. The first one would a shift to Digitas to be a digital product manager, working on BankOfAmerica. The second would be moving to Razorfish Health, in support of CVS still as a PM. Razorfish is a Power of One account though. Thoughts on the culture and agencies? Questions I should be considering between the two?

Looking for some mental health advice - I’ve been dealing with pretty debilitating anxiety/panic attacks for over 5 years. Finally started to get some help for it through medication, however the first 3 meds my PCP prescribed me (ssris) didn’t work. Because I haven’t deal with the anxiety it’s gotten really bad. Do I go to a pyscitatrist whose trained more in pharma or start with therapist. Have done therapy in past without much help.

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I have had cramps in my abdominal area since a few hours after the massage. Not sure if it’s cramps or stretching pains. Drinking a ton of water to flush out toxins, but is this pain normal?

Is it normal to not be motivated at all and feel “brain dead” all the time? Just started with new company a month ago and I don’t have a spark. I didn’t on day 1 and 4 weeks later I am still bleh. Is that a sign?

I survived the cull and consider myself lucky for that.
