One of my favorite podcasts did an episode on Adderall. Most of the info won’t be new, but there were some interesting snippets in there. I also thought it was a useful educational resource to share with your family and friends.

So do you want to work on BoA or do you want to work on CVS? Digitas is a great place to work for if you decide to move over!
BoA is also a power of one account, fwiw
the people I know working on BOA at digitas don’t hate it. I personally wouldn’t be interested working on it but I know a PM that does and enjoys it because she really likes the team. I think you should take it. what kind of project management do you do to be considered for product management? creative PM?
I’ve got a very technical background with development teams, lots of AEM as a site building platform, and marketing tech automation. Plus it’s been largely agile, scrum, safe as far as how the work gets done. So it’s also very product focused. Building a website portal, building an app, building out a martech stack that actually works together instead of being cobbled together. Normally very large engagements.
I've worked at a number of Publicis agencies, Razorfish being one but very briefly. It was a noticeably better culture than the others as far as pay transparency. So that's a plus.
I think it's a bit more of a personal question though. Product Management is different. More strategic, more like a Producer than a Project Manager is, and in my opinion a lot more interesting. Lots of problem solving a critical thinking.
Would your pay be the same in either role? The one thing I'd make sure if is that the title of the Product Manger role matches your experience, so either Associate Director or Director of Product Management.
They’re both at the associate director level and comparably close in salary to the point where that’s not really the factor. I do the it comes down to more interesting complex work as product or the visibility for being on a power of one account and if can really be the career maker that people make it out to be.
Digitas is awesome but BOA is a beast
I had no idea Razorfish Health was even a thing til now. Sorry I can’t help you there.
I came over to Razorfish Health this year from another Groupe agency. I’ve been really happy with the move – RFH is a GREAT agency with a really awesome and supportive culture.
