I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

Fact of the matter is that you are pregnant and you will need to take significant time off in your first year so I would 100% ask about benefits and eligibility. More and more companies are quietly putting the year+ service requirement in their policies. They already extended an offer. They want you and IF they rescind after finding out you are pregnant - you shouldn’t work for that company anyway!
If they rescind after you share that you’re pregnant, I feel like that’s a legal issue. I’m not a lawyer but it feels wrong to me.

I’d just ask for their full benefits offering so you can consider it as part of your compensation.
I tried to pry haha and they advised they can’t send me anything but read off the generic PTO, 401k etc.
I think you can go ahead and ask! You can tuck it into other benefits question if you feel it will set up flags but I don’t think it’s an uncommon question to ask your recruiter and/or HR and they will be the best source of information. They will also tell you how long you need to be at the organization to receive the maternity benefits - some places have a waiting period and some don’t. Good luck!
I don’t think it will be a problem. It’s a benefit that’s offered, whether you have a child in 3 years or 6 months.
Congratulations by the way! I hope all goes well!
