I have an offer from Firm A and currently interviewing at Firm B. I really like Firm A and plan to accept their offer. Is it appropriate to tell Firm B that I would like to discontinue the interview process? I don’t want to waste their time.

Every time I try to work with a recruiter, the initial conversation goes great and then I never hear another peep from them. Am I doing something wrong? What can I do to make working with a recruiter worth my time?

Question about job postings. I keep seeing the same equity research associate job on linked in being reposted. Does that mean they’re still looking for candidates or is there another reason?

Protocol for responding (or not) to unsolicited emails from recruiters to your work email? In other words, is it acceptable to just ignore without a response? Or do you prefer to keep the line open with a brief “thanks for thinking of me, I am not interested at this time but hope we can collaborate in the future.”

Has anyone done the virtual job tryout for Capital One? Basically a personality assessment. I am in the beginning stages of interview process. First step being the online assessment dubbed 'virtual job tryout'. I am anxious about answering 'correctly'. Specifically because it asks if you are competitive, willing to stop what you are doing to help others or prioritize your own work. I work in a midsize firm and we have the basic subscription to westlaw, which doesn’t include the ability to see filed briefs, motions, etc without incurring additional costs. I’m wondering if there is a service in the NJ/PA area that gives you access to previously filed motions and briefs? So if I’m drafting a summary judgment I could search the service and find a similar one. If this doesn’t exist.. I think I found the next million dollar idea lol
