I've seen the same salary band for sr product manager roles. Seems like Korn Ferry is trying to break the law by not posting real salary bands
Korn Ferry does recruiting so perhaps it’s an eat what you kill scenario. They only post base salary, not bonus
Assuming the best of them, maybe you get that as a base no matter what salary and then you get the rest of your compensation in a more incentivized way?

I’d guess MDs get like 20% of all the business they bring in and that’s just the base. Otherwise lmao.

Definitely not real. My SO works at Korn Ferry in a similar role and she makes very close to what I do. They pay very big bucks.

Late to the party but no, we are not doing ok over here 🤪! At least not in the Digital LOB. I can't speak for other areas. The Digital leaders are trying to position our Digital business as SaaS HR Tech but it's really just our IP imbedded in our dysfunctional platform. I don't know if clients drink the koolaid or if it is KF employees, or both, but the whole operation is smoke in mirrors. Salaries in Digital are laughable yet they expect people to eagerly perform above the role. There are people with 15 years consulting experience making less than $80k.

God knows. Feels to me they are a mess. Had them reach out for a role. After speaking to them and multiple good conversations with the hiring company they ghosted me. Amateur level
I feel like that’s most headhunters.
