I’m a healthcare admin professional looking to transition into a new role & I’ve just updated my resume but I’m afraid it’s too long. I’ve even taken irrelevant experience out & it’s still about 3 pages long. How do I shorten 10 years of experience to ONE PAGE???? Helpppp lol

Do you still write thank you emails after interviews? A lot of the roles I interview for these days are coordinated by recruiters so I don’t see the interviewers emails

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. But I’m afraid if I decline Facebook then Amazon won’t happen. I’m just completely lost.
