Have new analyst on the team with an MBA and project experience. After working with them for 2 months it’s apparent that there are 0 consulting skills (excel, outlook, PowerPoint) and they freeze up even on internal calls. They are young and coachable, and I offered to put time into that. However at a company event they made no effort to get to know the team and chose to stick to their familiar colleagues in their home office. I’d like to ask for a new resource but interested in feedback.

Guys I need help. I'm from Orchard learning and completed it in July. After that I've been on bench since July . I was trained on Cloud and DevOps technologies. I've interest in Web development and having hands on HTML CSS Bootstrap JS and ReactJs.
Question is should I be in Mindtree till my next promotion to C2 or should I switch after completion of 1 year in Mindtree? What hike can I expect for Web developer after switching.
I'm having total 14 months experience including Mindtree.

I am pregnant with my 2nd and my job is very demanding. First trimester was bad for me with my first pregnancy and I took 2 months unpaid personal leave.
I can't afford that now and cannot risk my job. Not in public accounting anymore. I work in SEC reporting at a pharmaceutical company.

I am so thankful to be working from home for sure. I am just really dreaded to turn on my computer everyday with this hell of a morning sickness.

Any ladies with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome)? Do you have to go on birth control? I'm curious how many of you have this syndrome and if you manage it with the pill or not? I've been under the impression that birth control is almost sort of necessary to prevent cancer but someone was recently telling me otherwise. Hi Folks! Starting at McK NYC soon and hoping to bike to work some days. I'll probably get a Brompton folding bike but wondering if anyone has experience with the NYC office? Is there accesible bike storage in the building? Are there showers of some sort in the office building where I can change out of biking clothes?

Howdy! Has anyone ever biked the fire island seashore? If so, was it as awesome as I'd expect it to be, and were you able to find bikes to rent that could handle it?

I understand there used to be fat tire bike rentals at Robert Moses, but the pandemic seems to have closed that down permanently.

I want to do this ride so much I'm thinking of buying a pair of lectric foldables for myself and my partner, then just immediately selling them at a loss - but I'd prefer something easier logistically!
