Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

I have recently received an offer from HSBC for Data Engineer profile. The designation offered is Senior Analyst- Information Management. They said that it is a techno functional role. Does anyone have an idea about what techno functional role actually is in HSBC? Is it more like a Business Analyst? My prior experience is completely in Technical side. Will this role be suitable for me?

I have close to 15 years functional experience in DEI strategy, business strategy, teaching, and coaching. I have my own consulting company that focuses on DEI. 4th year at a mid size PI firm. Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. Has anyone ever dealt with Geico UM case where they insist that a release needs to be signed? Geico extended our client’s policy limits but wants him to sign a release. We offered to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of funds but Geico said without a release signed, they will not issue payment.

I have a dumb question... I have my first jury trial coming up in a few months. It's a 3-day auto accident trial. I'm the plaintiff attorney. My question is, should I have my client present the entire three days, or am I okay to tell them that they're fine to leave after they testify?
