Hey so just to check on my part. I worked at a place where we went to a firm happy hour and women attorneys were there. A picture was passed around of a really hot woman on Instagram who they are oggled , later after the woman left some guy talked about all the quote whores he slept with. My annual perf discussion is monday morning. I work on a tough team for a tough place. Bigger companies have the specialists and budget to undertake the challenges but for new companies, it is much harder.
