Venting... I’ve suffered in silence to be in the career field. I‘ve slept on the floor of my vacant apartment . I’ve had weeks that I had to budget just $20 to get thru the week. Then amazing things started to happen. Like I was getting recognized , making great work, and winning, but then my manager started to legit bully to the point I had legit break down. Still here I am, wanting a job & to work hard. I hope after 7 yrs, someone gives me another chance. I want this badder than anything.

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

I am mainly working with shops in the States as a non-native speaker and I am constantly worried about my ability to communicate (in any professional occasion but mostly in meetings). I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication. How do you feel as a native speaker when you meet non-natives? Should they be worried, or, they doing ok?
