30% is not worth sticking around Deloitte. If someone offered me 30% more, I wouldn’t even stay at EY to get my bonus tbh

Exactly. At director levels you can come back as an SM or even an MD for EY. This is particularly true for the TT practice where competition is stiff. Big4 is behind in technology period so they can’t afford to rustle feathers when people leave.
