How many hikes are there in Wipro every year?
Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

$150k-$200k if you want to live alone in a modern condo downtown.
100-120K I would say
Your best bet is to move to Toronto and find a higher paying job. Toronto is extremely expensive
150k yearly
If your definition of comfortable is pay check to pay check then sure 120k is “comfortable” for a 2 person household
Depends on #of family members aswell. If single, you can consider sharing with another professional which can help with rent costs.
You could also live just a bit outside of downtown and commute 15-20mins which can also affect rental cost. North York might be ideal on the subway line.
Where are you currently?
You'll have plenty options within 30mins commute. Start checking rentals on housesigma or other websites and map out potential options and distances. Best wishes.
Furthermore, i think 120k should be sufficient for a single person. Based on that, My take home pay after taxes, health insurance, rrsp is $6000. So should be sufficient to be comfortable. Or if it's less than that you can budget accordingly. Even 100k might not be bad tbh.
Might be worth pushing for a market salary adjustment as well if you move to Toronto vs pay rate for Alberta market.
Haha, so hard to gauge here.
100k - 200k is a real swing, guys.
I just want a lil apartment, food, bus and money for loans to start.
I’ve lived in downtown toronto about 12 years now and make about $120k.
If you don’t plan to have a car, and are going to be commuting. And with little or no debt, your $100k will be just fine. Lots of rental buildings (not condos) that are nice and you can get a 1 bed $2-2.5k
