Was asked DP questions for data engineer role in Oracle Cerner loop interviews😏. It's weird there was not even single SQL question but focused more on algorithms.

Felt like interviewer wanted to flex their programming knowledge. Don't even understand why DP/greedy algo questions are required for data engineering?? Wasted 5 hours only interviewing 🤡

Crying for my RSUs….started at my company about 6 months ago and got some RSUs split over 3 years. Turns out the stock price at time of my hiring (which is what was used to calculate the number of shares over the three years) was the highest it’s ever been. Stock price has been cut in half since then, along with my RSU value. 😭 how do I cope?

As a tax manager how do you stop feeling like a factory worker on the line churning out tax returns? How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.
