Was unexpectedly asked to roll off a project today. It was a bit of a shock because this has never happened in my career before. There were certainly things I could have done better, but I don’t feel I did anything wrong and I feel I did my best to address feedback I did receive. Aside from starting a new project search ASAP and talking to my career counselor to have my side of the story heard....what else can I do in terms of damage control? Panicking now because of all the covid layoffs...

I know agencies across the board did some layoffs right before the holidays, but when do we think hiring will pick up again? Getting to a point where I feel like I need to start thinking about a change.

So apparently accenture is making people who are on the bench enroll into a mandatory customer service role even if you’re 100% utilized. Friend took 3 weeks of PTO and has been on the bench for a few days and he is being forced. Worst part? It’s Tues-Saturday.

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience.
