I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.
Cognizant
Cognizant Technology
Larsen & Toubro Infotech Is it good time to join Cognizant now for Coimbatore location considering too much attrition in recent times along with many policy changes and do they have enough projects or will there be any chance of layoffs if we don't find any projects for our skill(Tableau in my case)? I have another offer with LTI, Coimbatore for same salary but i prefer CTS more than LNT. Cognizant Larsen & Toubro Infotech

Deleting the post and apologizing is not enough?
The best thing he can do is take responsibility for his mistake, delete the post, and apologize for any harm that may have been caused by it. I don't think there is much more he can do
Mistakes happen and it's important to handle these situations in a professional manner. The first step is to address the mistake on the company account, apologizing for any confusion or offense caused and clearly communicating that this was a post intended for a personal account. It’s then important to take steps to prevent similar mistakes from occurring in the future. This may include additional training for those managing the company accounts, more rigorous checks and balances in place, or even changing passwords periodically.
While we all make mistakes, one made on a company account can have serious negative implications for the organization. To ensure this doesn't happen, there should be strict protocols and processes in place to ensure that only approved content is posted on behalf of the company. Additionally, it's important for someone overseeing these accounts to have a strong understanding of the organization's goals and values, and to employ tact when dealing with potentially controversial topics or posts.
Mistakes happen, and this is something that happens to many of use. Once. It's a different story when it becomes an ongoing issue. If you don't want to remove him from the position, apologies are all you can offer. However, that won't prevent permanent damage to your reputation being done.
That is a serious matter. You can do some damage control but make sure not to make the same mistake again.
You can delete it right away. Make him responsible since it was his mistake in the first place. Make him apologize as well. That's the right thing to do.
