TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

I’d suggest potentially comms / connections planners as well.
Nothing Exec Dir posted requires coding.
And client teams to build them. Question: since this is part tech, part media (both linear and digital experience needed), and part creative, where should we be looking for this unicorn?
It sounds like you're looking for a UX strategist role, unless I'm misunderstanding? There are plenty of experience strategists out there already to hire.
Sounds like it is very granular work down the funnel. I’d suggest UX/content strategist, but you might also find good digitial strategists for the high level stuff
Maybe skip the unicorn and get a good horse. Talk to a tech recruiter. Ignore the advertising hacks. Clearly outline the role from a tech perspective then interview to find candidates that could grow into the full role. Media isn’t complex so you can ignore that for now and creativity is more about problem solving for the role which should come through in the tech recruitment part.
Same page! The media and “creative” part can def be grown into in a few months on the job.
Sounds like modern media strategy to be honest, but yes agree with R/GA 1 that it’s connections
Building formats and custom data integrations is well outside the expertise of every comms strategist I’ve encountered.
TBH I would look for someone coming from publisher side who had previous media planning experience. The skills you need running campaigns for a online publisher are fairly similar, but that's mainly if the team is small.
