We are looking at putting a pool in and wanted a hot tub too. Our house does not have a gas line so we’d have to get an electric heater. If we get an electric heater we would do the cooling/heater combo so we can cool the pool in the summer too. Problem is I’m seeing conflicting info on whether an electric heater can heat the pool/hot tub up significantly. We could get a standalone hot tub separate from the pool which would be more therapeutic and cheaper. Looking for feedback from others.

Procedural question. I represent a hospital. Codefendant is a company that manufactures breast implants. Case was venued in NY state Supreme Court. Manufacturer defendant transferred case to MDL (we hadn’t answered yet). Plaintiff gave me stip of discontinuance with prejudice but now since case was removed I am unsure how to proceed.
