Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

In Florence their is a leather workshop called Via De' Ginori, 23R. Go there, it's hands down the best leather workshop in the city, most of their products are made right in the back (they do sell some third party things but they're clearly labeled as such). I bought a wallet and passport cover there ~5 years ago and the wallet still looks fairly fresh despite being used everyday for 5 years, passport cover still looks new! In Milan definitely go to the Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery, it is one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever been in. My Hermes rep is Milanese and she told me you get good luck if you stand in the center of the mosaic in the cross center on the bull and spin three times! In Rome be sure to go to La Romana for gelato, it is to this day the best I've ever had! Personally, I would spend the least amount of time in Venice, I found it a little tourist trappy, beautiful, but full of shops all selling the same touristy items.

Agree that Venice is not particularly worthwhile

Il Latini in Rome is a nice spot if you’d be a fan of a meat tasting course at relatively reasonable rates (€70 or so I think)
La buchetta in Florence is a must: order the gnocchi, bisteca fiorentina and picci special.
Tratoria zaza is also good
Nice!
PwC 1 I meant Deloitte 1 geographies… because he made a geography joke…
Curious what you are planning for Bologna. Going in October and trying to figure out if I want to stay in the city or in the countryside in a b&b. I mostly want to eat there :-)
I’m planning on eating and walking around
Be mindful of when you travel as many many places close for a month in September(?) I believe.
