Yeah it's normal. Generally due to settling. 99% of the time it's aetsthetic (u can fix them if you want. Id watch YouTube video of how to DIY it personally)
Some are normal as the house settles. Luckily they’re incredibly easy to fix, especially if you have the original/matched paint.
We were told not to do any painting for the first year due to watching the nail pops and if it could be a problem. The builder said it would void our home warranty if we painted! They came in 18 months after and fixed a few thing and repainted.
This is why you want wet plaster, drywall is cost effective but you get what you pay for
Soil expands and contracts with seasons. House adjusts/settles. Normal.
I read this as “We have a 4 year old at home… Is this normal?” And I was thinking, “oh yeah this is normal. I’m surprised I don’t have nails popping with my 4 yo yet” 😂
