Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

When is it best to leave consulting? Here's how I think about it.
First, are you enjoying it? If so, why leave (it can be a great life long career)?
Second, are you still learning fast? If not, you're missing out.
Last, what skills do most employers value? In my experience, this dictates 2 optimal jumping off points:
(a) 2-3 years in. Consulting "tool kit" is solid
(b) ~1-2 year into Manager. Employers value experience managing people.

Yes Obama kept kids in cages and Biden lost a lot of kids.
The reality about separation of families is American’s go to prison every day and families are separated. That’s the fault of the criminal not the prison. We wouldn’t want to send kids to a men’s prison with their parent.
Even though biology deniers want to sent men to women’s prisons. Interesting men start hearing the call to be a woman as the day of incarceration gets close.
Women’s prison are now having to deal with the problem of pregnant women.

This post is about how our country treats a sex offender and rapist convicted an international sex trafficking enterprise versus the conditions of a child’s (American citizen) detention center. Please stay focused, I know it’s hard. Trump is tearing this country apart. You should ask yourself, what’s everyone seeing that I’m not? 🙄

Yes, I feel the minimum security “Club Feb” is way too cushy of an incarceration program. There needs to be some proverbial pain in the experience besides being a “little inconvenienced.” During my Army years, I toured the big jail at Ft Leavenworth where I learned a 30-day sentence for me bouncing a check would be spent in solitary confinement. That just added to my reasons for “no, thank you.”
As to the the kid issue, too many circumstantial points to argue. Just take your victory that I said “you’re right” on the first one.
