We, product and UX (NA corporate) have a product requirements gathering kick off with Japan for their localized product starting soon and want to use Miro but they are a little apprehensive because they aren’t completely used to it. What are good ice breakers to get everyone involved and teach them how to use the tool at the same time?

I’m doing my first UX portfolio on Wix. I have the case studies content drafted out, but I’m struggling with brainstorming wireframes/actual UI for my case studies. I make it a rule to look for dribbble/behance for inspo but only sketch when im not looking at things because I don’t want to copy directly.

What's the protocol for adding internal portal mockups for a client to your portfolio? Is it expected, something that requires asking permission but is still generally OK, or frowned upon? I'm a developer trying to pivot to UX.
