I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about.
