Does VP or SVP really mean anything in Talent or Business Affairs? Does it actually bump salary up significantly or does it just mean a free parking space that no one is using since we’re WFH? During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Curious the pay difference between SAP and partner consulting firms. What can a S4 HANA cloud or OnPrem consultant expect to get paid at a place like EY or another big 4 firm with 3-5 years of experience in PMO/Functional Consulting roles with an MBA?
