Will recruiters/HMs look down on me once I start hitting the 3-4 month of unemployment? Well, I hit 1 month unemployment this weekend (got a LOW from a big 20 federal contractor). I took 1 week off and then started my job search. Well, the market is rough. Pray to god I’ll find something soon, but I have a feeling it might take 4-5 or even 6 months.

They reduced the therapy questions on the secret clearance form so that you don't have to disclose therapy except in specific circumstances. Is it still on the TS form?

Sometimes the leadership does not even inform you on the status of a submitted proposal unless we win the work. I get why they are doing it but it would be great if there was an external source/website that would share this info instead of us waiting around to hear from them.

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.
