Well work just laid me off due to failed call ins and honestly I'm not entirely upset about it, they haven't honored my availability, they didn't give me opportunities to improve, and they wouldn't let us leave after eight hours eithout a real break. And I was only getting paid $15/hr for my work, and I understand that it's a good amount, but it doesn't reflect well with my efforts and I made sure to do my work and more.
