Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

Historically qualitative, but it really depends on what role / level you are looking at. A few things to note, however, is that NH did not give its employees 401k match for FY2025, as well as a downward spiral in terms of culture (many folks are leaving voluntarily right now). Raises are generally 1-5% (at most). You'll have very good WLB generally at NH (and some great perks like WFH if not on client travel, etc.). Please feel free to DM me if you have any specific questions on culture, working at NH, etc.
Whatever you do don't join this firm! 🙈
I joined a year or two ago at an entry level consulting position. My case study was pretty standard.
They gave the problem via email 24 hours prior to my interview time. They asked me to solve a question and then have 3-4 slides made in PowerPoint presenting the problem, my approach and the recommendation/ solution (as if you were presenting it to the client).
During the interview they are looking for your presentation, communication and problem solving skills. After giving my brief presentation, they give you new information and ask if that would change your recommendation. You explain yes or no and why.
Much easier than any of the Big 4 or MBB or other firms that you would prep for. And the problem they gave me was realistic. Just do your prep work and make the slides look good and you will be good to go.
Why in the world would you want to join Nh?
I would reach out to your network and find 2 to 3 people there and have recently left. It is an absolute sinking ship.
